{Apple for the Teacher} In Honor of Teacher Appreciation Week!

My daughter’s school has chosen a theme for each day this week in order to inspire ideas for celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week: Tomorrow’s theme is Apples.

I made these super cute “Thank You” tags complete with a little green leaf and attached them to some White {Grosgrain} Ribbon with a Black {Dash} Border that has been wrapped around the apple and then tied into a bow.

They were very simple and turned out adorable!! This could be a cute {healthy} gift for a lot of occasions and would also work with an orange or other fruits as well.

  2. wounderful idea.i liked your idea.inspired me a lot.

  3. is the leaf’s material is felf?

    • Lillu,

The leaf material is just a green heavy card-stock with a linen texture. It is the same material as the red part of the apple as well as the white part that has the words “Thank you!” written on it. It could easily be made with felt if you wanted to use that material tho.
